| Advertising in Asia has a new standard, and MTR passengers were the first to enjoy the moving, pristine-imaged, story-telling technology alongside the escalator in Asia’s metro system when it was unveiled by the MTR Corporation and JCDecaux Digital Vision at MTR Causeway Bay Station on 13th August 2008. |

The Beijing Olympics officially closed on 24th August 2008, bringing down the curtain on a glittering 16 day long sports extravaganza. A total of 10,500 athletes competed in 302 events in 28 sports which was the biggest athletes group ever in the Olympics history. China did the best ever in the gaming history, 51 gold medals and 100 overall in the Beijing Olympics. Riding on this biggest sporting event, JCDecaux Transport also shared this flaming Olympics’ atmosphere with MTR passengers. |
